Welcome. Your IncuVersity application starts here.

Applications must be submitted in English and take about 15–20 minutes to complete. We recommend you fill and submit in one go but you can also come back to your application later. Here's what to expect, and how to prepare.

What it covers:

About you: a short reflection on something you started on your own initiative, and what happened when it got difficult

Background: what you're studying, working on, or building right now

Aspirations: where you see yourself after IncuVersity, and why this moment is right for you

Current stage: what you've already built, and what you've learned so far

Venture idea: the problem or challenge you want to work on, who it affects, and why you're the right person to tackle it

Video: a real moment that shaped your decision to build or change something

Scholarship: the option to apply for support toward the program fee, with a few follow-up questions on your financial situation if you do choose to apply for a partial or full scholarship

Applications close 31 October 2026, reviewed on a rolling basis – apply early.

Before you start:

This isn't an essay. Most written answers carry a 100–150 word limit – a few clear, specific sentences is exactly what we're looking for.

The video responds to a short scenario, up to 90 seconds. Record somewhere quiet with good lighting – your honest first take is what we want.

You can leave and come back on the same device and browser – or save your responses in a separate document as a backup.
